Doesn’t mean prices will necessarily come down. But it’s a glimmer of hope for my wife and I still trying to “get in the game” of buying our first home.

The “existential liminality” hit hard. My kids are end of Z beginning of Alpha and I worry about letting them use phones; losing critical thinking to AI; job prospects; and their anxiety about climate change. They haven’t even gotten to the part where they will worry about buying a house or getting a job…. I hope I’m guiding them in the right direction 🤞
